In response to the UAE's rapid urbanization and the demand for living spaces with short construction periods, high quality, and strong climate adaptability, UVO created a 40ft two-in-one Apple Storage project for local clients. Utilizing modular prefabrication technology, it addressed the pain points of traditional construction—long construction cycles, high costs, and poor environmental adaptability—providing the Middle Eastern market with a spatial solution that combines practicality and design.

Adapted to Middle Eastern Transportation and Landing Needs

1. Standard Ocean Freight Compatibility, Zero-Border Transportation

Foldable/2-in-1 design, manufactured to standard 40HQ container specifications, perfectly compatible with UAE port ocean freight processes, requiring no additional approvals, significantly reducing cross-border logistics costs and timelines.

Over 90% prefabricated in the factory, with water and electricity lines, bathroom and kitchen fixtures pre-installed. On-site deployment requires only simple assembly and water/electricity connection, completing within hours, perfectly meeting local rapid landing needs.

2. Climate-Enhanced Design, Adapted to the High-Temperature Environment of the Middle East

Double-layer thermal insulation wall panels, combined with thermally broken aluminum doors and windows, effectively block desert heat, reduce air conditioning energy consumption, and create a comfortable indoor environment that is warm in winter and cool in summer.

Layout: Flexible Space, Adaptable to Diverse Scenarios

The 40ft apple cabin unfolded floor area is approximately 60 sqm, featuring an integrated layout of an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area + a separate bedroom + custom-designed bathroom. This layout can meet various needs, including family living, campsite accommodation, and commercial office space:

• Open-plan Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area: An L-shaped custom kitchen (including wall cabinets and quartz countertops) connects to the living and dining area, with large windows bringing in natural light and creating a bright and airy common area.
• Separate Bedroom/Multi-functional Room: Ample space is reserved, which can be used as a bedroom, office, or storage room to meet the personalized needs of clients.
• Full-size Bathroom: A wet and dry separation design, combined with custom-tiled walls and brand-name bathroom fixtures, balances practicality and living quality.

Custom-designed Bathroom System:

• Wet and Dry Separation Design: A glass partition separates the shower area from the toilet area, suitable for the hot and humid environment of the Middle East, keeping the space dry.
• Fully pre-installed bathroom fixtures: Wall-mounted toilet, ceramic washbasin, water heater, and exhaust fan are all pre-installed in the factory; only water and electricity connections are required on-site for immediate use.
• Weather-resistant materials: Waterproof and non-slip ceramic tiles and mildew-resistant boards are used, suitable for local high-humidity environments, extending service life.
