Folding Container House

Two Folding Structure Types

UVO folding container houses feature an X/Z type double-folding structure, both with standard dimensions of 5800×2480×2530mm when folded. They utilize a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel frame and a precision hinge/slide rail system, having undergone over 1000 folding cycles.

  • The X-type folding container house uses a horizontal cross-folding logic, with the two side walls folding towards the center to converge in an "X" shape.
  • The Z-type folding container house uses a Z-shaped overlapping folding logic, with the bottom beam, middle wall, and roof overlapping in a "Z" shape, reducing the volume to approximately 1/4 of its unfolded state when folded.

Durable and environmentally friendly folding structure

UVO folding container houses adhere to high-quality standards. The main frame uses hot-dip galvanized steel, professionally treated for corrosion resistance, effectively resisting the effects of moisture and rust, and adaptable to various global climates.

The walls and roof use Class A fire-resistant and heat-insulating sandwich panels, offering fire resistance, insulation, and soundproofing. The panels are lightweight yet high-strength, balancing structural load-bearing capacity with easy folding.

Doors and windows use thermally broken aluminum alloy with double-glazed tempered glass and sealing strips to enhance waterproofing and sound insulation. The IP65 waterproof rating can withstand heavy rain, sandstorms, and other severe weather conditions.

All materials meet environmental standards, with a recycling rate exceeding 95%, practicing low-carbon principles and reducing the total life-cycle cost.

Folding Container House

Foldable modular house full-scenario adaptation solution

In engineering construction scenarios, it is the preferred choice for construction site barracks, enabling rapid setup of dormitories and offices, and allowing for repeated relocation and relocation, reducing construction support costs.

In emergency response scenarios, it can quickly establish emergency shelters and rescue command centers, effectively adapting to various outdoor environments and strengthening emergency defenses.

In public welfare and special scenarios, it is suitable for rural infrastructure, photovoltaic power station barracks, temporary classrooms, etc., meeting diverse needs in public welfare and outdoor settings.

Simplified Installation Process of Z-Type Folding Container

Pre-installation Preparation: Clean the installation site beforehand, ensuring the ground is flat, free of debris and standing water, and the site's load-bearing capacity meets the requirement of ≥150kg/㎡.

  • 1. Unlocking: Two people work together to open the container's latches and limit devices, ensuring the hinges and slide rails move freely.
  • 2. Unfolding: Unfold the container layer by layer from top to bottom in the order of "bottom beam → middle wall → roof," and then straighten and secure it.
  • 3. Locking: Fasten all connecting latches and check the sealing strips to ensure waterproofing.
  • 4. Connection: Connect the pre-reserved water and electricity interfaces; test if normal, and it is ready for use.
