Interior Wall Panel Configuration

The interior wall panel system uses the same configuration as the UVO Expandable House, typically featuring a high-quality insulated sandwich panel structure with excellent heat insulation, sound insulation, and moisture resistance. A variety of colors and textures are available for the surface, and the system is easy to clean and highly durable. Pre-installed space within the walls allows for the routing of electrical and plumbing lines, meeting the needs of residential, vacation, and commercial use while maintaining both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Easy Installation & Modular Assembly Structure

Utilizing a highly efficient modular assembly design, on-site installation is quick and orderly, eliminating the need for complex traditional steel structure construction methods. Precise module alignment results in a short construction period and low labor costs, truly achieving "installation upon arrival and rapid delivery," providing greater efficiency and certainty for project implementation.

We designed with practicality and comfort at its core. The interior layout of this unit is well-organized and can be customized as either a 1 or 2 bedroom configuration, comprising a bedroom, living area, kitchen, and private bathroom—fully meeting all daily living requirements.

Spatial Layout Description:

Bedroom Area (approx. 4000mm × 6000mm): Features a double bed and storage space, a simple layout, and good natural light, suitable for two people.

Living and Transition Area (approx. 4700mm × 3000mm): Located centrally, it connects to the bedroom and kitchen area, and the space can be flexibly arranged as a relaxation or work area.

Kitchen and Bathroom Area (approx. 4700mm × 3000mm): The kitchen features a worktop, sink, and storage cabinets; the bathroom includes a washbasin, toilet, and shower area, with a logical layout and convenient use.

Entrance Door Dimensions 1800mm wide × 2100mm high, featuring a sliding door design for easy access.

Overall height: The highest point of the ridge is about 4080mm, and the lowest eaves height is about 2480mm, forming an elegant sloping roof shape.

How to install a Modular House?

The installation process includes:

1. Erecting the foundational framework and securing the base mounts to ensure structural stability;

2. Subsequently, pouring the concrete flooring to ensure a level and solid surface;

3. Hoisting and securing the prefabricated sandwich wall panels to construct the main structural body;

4. Installing the pitched roof and exterior wall panels, followed by the completion of waterproofing and decorative works;

5. Carrying out the installation of doors, windows, utility systems (plumbing and electrical), and interior finishing details. Upon successful completion and final inspection, the structure is ready for use.
